  • This past weekend was exhausting, but I definitely had a blast! I got free tix to the B96 Summerbash, where I got to see Asher Roth, Kid Cudi, LMFAO, Flo Rida, Kelly Clarkson, Akon and the Black Eyed Peas perform! We had pretty good seats and the performers were unreal! It was Judy's first weekend in Chi-town, so we went to the concert and then VLive! Sunday was followed by more free tix to see Dane Cook, who was hilarious as usual. Gotta love that guy. =)

    29 days left in Chicago and I don't want to leave!! =(

  • Back Again!

    Oh wow, I haven't updated in a while! Maybe it's because nothing exciting has really been going on in my life! Other than work and hanging out with friends, I haven't been doing much else. Oh wait, I have been studying for the GMAT, so I guess I have been doing something productive. I've been putting so many other things on the back burner, so I should get started on those items again!

    I went home last weekend since we had Good Friday off and it was great to see friends and family! I had Skyline and Graeter's, went to Miami and celebrated my sister's 19th birthday! Surprisingly, I do miss Ohio. It's easy to not miss home when you're only an hour away at school because you can go back anytime you want. Now that I'm in Chicago, a 5 hour drive isn't something you can just do anytime. Hopefully I'll be able to go back again soon!

    This weekend is the ITASA Midwest Conference at UIUC and I'm excited to be attending the workshops and seeing old friends! One of the things I definitely miss about college is all these conferences. I've met so many wonderful people, attended great workshops and just had a lot of fun!

    Being in the real world is so different...guess I should get back to that now!

  • So I really don't NEED anything, but I would still like to get something for myself for my birthday! It gives me an excuse to buy something, lol. I always need justification for my purchases! I should really stick to my saving money plan...

    • Karaoke cds (Especially Chinese ones to go along with our karaoke system at home! My parents said I could have it!!! And it comes with 4 wireless mics!! =)
    Ok, enough wishful thinking. Time to get back to work! I hate Mondays...
